Review of Rachel Roy's FW13 Digital Runway Show

First of all, let's be real. Watching this video is quite possibly better than seeing a runway show in real life. We get to see the looks from Rachel Roy's latest collection a little slowed down, with zoom-ins on the beautiful details of intricate patterns, interesting fabric textures, and killer shoes. Make this video full screen, turn up the volume, and enjoy your own private fashion show. Basically, the collection is a carefully thought out, super-chic explosion of baroque prints, black and whites, jewel tones, and mixed fabrications from leather to velvet. I'm feeling it.

Favorite looks:
Obsessed with the super deep feminine V neck on a menswear inspired piece. The little peplums on the hips are the perfect addition, too.
This white on white suit is so bad ass. The exaggerated shoulders and the printed shirt underneath make the look more high fashion than office attire.

I love the combination of this ribbed, tight fitting top with the flared trousers... And how the shirt is only partially tucked in. So classy while also a little disheveled and fun!

GO WATCH! xxxx
