When wearing a polkadot dress with a massive bow in the front, it's hard to not look like a six year old. Unless that's the look you're going for, I suggest adding spikes and/or huge Jeffrey Campbell platform heels.  

PS I saw the One Direction movie, "This Is Us" and it was AMAZING! Even if you're not a crazy Directioner like I am, who doesn't enjoy a half-documentary half-concert movie (in 3D, nonetheless)?!  Guess I might as well be 6.
