My new favorite skirt was found after a long hunt at multiple stores over the course of a few weeks on a low, back corner rack in Forever 21.  Finally, my ultimate Fall 2013 wishlist item is mine.  Paired with a warm, comfy sweater, fishnet stockings, and chunky combat boots? Even better.
