I'm super grateful that at my job (at a fashion startup), I'm allowed to wear what I want and continue to express myself. The dress code is very lenient. Imagine me having to wear a skirt suit and kitten heels? I'm lucky enough to continue wearing my black dresses and combat boots. I still like to keep it a little polished, with a pop of personality. Here, I'm wearing a drop waist chiffon dress with none other than pink Docs. Business up top, party on the bottom? I also love carrying a huge bag to hold my essentials (and my PB&J for lunch) to tie the look together and look ~adult~.
