I don't know how it got to be October, but I'm not mad about it. We've got a bit of an Indian Summer going on here in New York, and I'm definitely not mad about that. Have I been enjoying iced coffees while I study for my fast-approaching midterms on the Highline? You bet! Don't even get me started on how excited I got when I passed a little cafe near school today that had a sign advertising $1 hot apple cider all month. So yup, you could say October is off to a good start.
