(of a person or their actions) without thinking or caring about the consequences of an action.

Some people would say that walking around the subway station (and the train itself) without a shirt on is reckless.  These are the same people who say that you should not hang on the poles in subway cars, dance with strangers, or sing loudly while you walk down the street.  

I call it, "having fun."
